Ambor Business Backpack

Looking for an inexpensive anti-theft backpack for traveling and daily use? Get the Ambor Business Backpack. It's lightweight, has numerous pockets, and roomy enough for a 15.6” laptop. It features a combination lock that secures the main compartments. This backpack comes with a headphone jack and USB port that you can connect to a power bank (not included). However, this backpack doesn’t have important security features such as RFID technology. The outer packets also don’t have the lock feature and the construction is not very durable.

To Consider Before Your Purchase

Always read the reviews before picking a backpack. As much as anti-theft features and technology matter, also go for design and practicality. A backpack with RFID (radio-frequency identification) blocks the digital data on your passports, credit cards, and other electronic IDs from identify theft. Other things to consider:

  • Your destination – is it a place crowded with tourists and locals?
  • Your essentials – are you carrying sensitive documents like credit cards or small electronics?
  • Will you be taking the backpack everywhere you go? – you don’t want a large backpack that’s heavy if you’ll be carrying it all day long.

Our Notes

  • Travelon Anti-Theft Urban Incognito Backpack: slash-resistant bag with lock compartments. Straps are also slash-resistant, which are great for locking the bag to a stationary object.
  • Pacsafe Metrosafe LS350 Anti-Theft 15L Backpack: padded and adjustable shoulder straps. Comes with RFID technology to prevent identity theft.
  • Ambor Business Backpack: waterproof and comes with a headphone jack and USB port. Roomy main compartment with plenty of pockets.
  • Lifepack Anti-Theft Backpack: the best backpack with more features than most bags. The solar-powered power bank means you can never run out of battery power on your devices whenever you're out and about.

What Do They Say on Other Sites

“Roomier than it appears! What can I fit in the Travelon Anti-Theft Backpack? A travel booster seat, a full change of clothes for both my son and myself, a full-size blanket, first aid kit, anti-nausea meds, a power bank, full-size headphones, a water bottle, an umbrella, gum, cards/money, and a tablet (not pictured here because a little boy is currently busy playing Roblox). :) This bag wears so well, and it's compact size obviously belies it's full carrying capabilities. The shoulder straps are well padded and fully adjustable, and the included mini flashlight is a nice bonus. Highly recommend! *I can't vouch yet for the bag's safety features (and hopefully I'll never have to), but if I ever do I will add to my review accordingly.” (Heather on Amazon)

“Product components do no stand test of time. After a small delay, I received my pack. Overall it is a good and solid bag. Everything I wanted. But, after two weeks, the lock that I never used, just split apart. No big. I sent them a message and photos of the bad lock. They said that they were going to send me a replacement. Two months later, no lock... ""It was handed to your postal carrier"" end of subject. While I do like the bag, do not count on any customer service. Update, I purchased this bag in OCT, had to replace the lock with one of my own. Today (APR) I had a small accident and something sharp hit my Lifepack while I was getting off the train. No Cut??? It Can Be Cut!!! Lock, Customer service, Material that should not be Sliceable being easily sliced open? Stay away from this product, my $0,02.” (Michael Gorecki on Amazon)
