14 Days Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase and would like to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will need to provide your order number and the reason for returning the product along with photographic evidence of the item.
Only once the item is returned to us and verified, can we determine if a refund is due.
All returned products must be in their original condition and with the packaging intact.
Is shipping refunded on return?
All costs associated with the return of the product remain the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us immediately describing the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and proof of defective, incorrect or not as described items.

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a replacement. Once we receive the item, we will offer a free replacement at our expense. Or a refund will be issued within 7 working days back to your credit card or Paypal account with which the order was made.
If you have ordered an incorrect size, product or simply want to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost minus a 20% restocking fee receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the original ordering time.Once the order has been despatched, we can't recall it or cancel it.
Any cancellation on an order made on BetterDeals.com will be subject to a cancellation fee of €1.00 regardless of the time elapsed since the order (even if it is only a second) since our banking and payment gateway partners charge us for cancellations.
