What Do They Say on Other Sites

“The pedal assist works fine and may be ok for leisurely riding but I ... Firstly this is not a motorcycle. I bought this to use as a daily commuter.I now have 1000 + miles on it. The pedal assist works fine and may be ok for leisurely riding but I just use the throttle and pedal. This is a great bike. Strong frame and wheels. Been in two crashes and no damage. The tires are nice off road tires and now live on my daughters mountain bike. I switched them out for high pressure road tires. Forget about the horn and light. They don't work. I am 6'1"" 32"" inseam and had to buy a longer seatpost($30) to fit this frame. 13miles each way commute. Battery life is fine. After the 26 mile round trip it has a little juice left but not enough for another ride to work. I would buy again.” (D Ranged on Amazon)

“Excellent Bike!! Excellent Value Our neighbor had purchased one of these. We gave it a test ride and really enjoyed it! So we ordered one. About an hour later I started reading these negative reviews and got worried! Having been in the restaurant business I am familiar that folks who experience something they perceive as negative are much more likely to post a review. So, we were nervous but waited for arrival of out new bike. First let me address two issues I notice in negative reviews (1) There is no assembly manual, but a quick look on YouTube revealed that Nakto had a professionally done video walking you through the assembly process (all in all it took about 20 minutes and was very easy) and (2) the serial number is on the back of the owners manual (for the warranty card). So, the bike arrived with minor damage to packaging and none to the bike. Assembly took 20 minutes and could be done by anyone. A couple of hours to charge the battery and we are enjoying the bike on day one. If anything goes wrong in the next few months I will post an update but absent that, assume we are having a blast and you should too!” (A Southern Gentleman on Amazon
